Postage & delivery information
If an item is out of stock you can place a reservation online, the website will show the estimated restock date. Placing the reservation will reserve your place in the que, and you will be the first to know of any date changes, and receive the quickest dispatch.
On the website the system will take the full payment at the time of order, you can request a refund at any time.
On orders over £100 if you would like to call us we can place an order with a deposit to reserve the order without taking the ďfull paymentĒ. Our system does not allow this automatically therefore please call us on 01302-741009
We also have an inform list if you would like an email sending once the item is in stock, then you can place your order once the stock is actually in our premises.

Most items are delivered by a Courier. Courier companies do usually need a signature for delivery, or you can request your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk, just note this information on your order
If you are not home to take delivery of your parcel, they can only hold your parcel for 7 days, so if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to rearrange delivery.
(Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail. They should take no more than 5 working days to reach you, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us to report your parcel as missing)
The only exceptions are Larger items such as furniture and mirrors over 30 inches high, which are sent with a specialist fragile handling courier and will take longer as they deliver directly from us to you to avoid damage and we have to allow 3-12 days(most deliveries are within 10 days,) to fill a van to cover one area (see furniture delivery information below for more specific information about furniture delivery).
Out of stock items will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on suppliers information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endevour to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
A single delivery charge of £4.95 (inc. VAT) is applied to your order, no matter how many items you order. (exclusions apply, see below) These exclusions also apply to any shipping / postage promotions

Furniture is sent via a furniture courier not a parcel firm. Our couriers are dedicated furniture couriers and are fully insured.
Please note if you have goods delivered to address other than your own, for onward transportation by another carrier, we cannot be responsible for damage caused on their onward journey.
There will be an extra charge to all furniture orders if the customer has accepted a given delivery slot and then fails to accept the delivery. This charge is passed onto the specialist furniture courier to re-arrange your delivery.
Delivery is usually* always within 3-12 days of payment, though allow up to 18 days for areas of greater distance from ourselves in South Yorkshire

All non Mainland areas, Ireland & Northern Ireland - delivery is available at a further supplement (please add items to your basket and postage will be calculated at the checkout before you make payment) and please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
Italy, Spain, France, Germany, USA & Australia - Postage does not qualify for £4.95 delivery, but a price will be calclated after you have added you address details and before you make payment

Please always provide us with a contact telephone number as this delays deliveries being shipped by the courier as they need to contact you to arrange delivery, you must provide at least 1 phone number on your order before furniture deliveries can be released to the delivery company. Ideally please provide a delivery address landline number and a mobile number
The delivery service is a "green service", based on consolidating deliveries within the same area. Delivery will be a lot faster to highly populated areas, and the innermost parts of the country and may be slower to the more remote regions as mentioned above.
Delivery will be by one driver, so may require assistance with larger items.
The buyer must be available to accept delivery at the pre arranged time. If you are not able to be in to take delivery, you can request the item be left with a neighbour or in a safe place of your choosing. If none of these options is suitable, delivery can be rescheduled when our driver next visits your area, so please allow longer in these cases.
Delivery to shipping companies / onwards shippers:
Please note that items are delivered by our UK carriers and we cannot be held liable for any damage or issues that have been caused from this delivery onwards to the end point. Our items are spot checked and we will send them packaged as per all of our deliveries. Therefore we do recommend that you use our shipping couriers as then you will be insured up to the delivery point. Please do ask if we can assist further with your order.
